Fresh particulars have surfaced regarding the untimely deaths of esteemed film director Rob Reiner and visual artist Michele Singer Reiner, whose bodies were discovered at their residence home on Sunday.

The Discovery

A source indicates referencing a confidential source, a massage therapist arriving for an session first raised the alarm after not being able to enter the residence. This individual then reached out to the couple's daughter, Romy Reiner, who resides close by.

When she went into the home, Romy came upon her father's body. Accounts indicate she then fled the house in anguish, without knowing at that moment that her mother's body was also inside. Another individual who had gone with her promptly called 911. Subsequently, emergency responders located Michele Singer Reiner's body.

Criminal Developments

Law enforcement have charged the couple's 32-year-old son, Nick Reiner, with two counts of premeditated murder, including the use of a dangerous weapon, reportedly a knife. He is now in custody without bail.
