Cameron Norrie earned the most notable success of his career by rebounding from a early deficit to defeat world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz with a stunning comeback in the second round of the Paris Masters.

While he had before beaten Alcaraz on two prior meetings, this win represents Norrie's maiden success over a reigning world number one.
